rcdeacon
I noticed tonight while using Accordance 11.1 on my Windows box that when I tried to add a note that I was unable to select "bold" and have the text come out as bold. In fact, when I clicked on the "B" for bold text and then placed the cursor for writing that the "B" reverted from being lit to indicate bold text to being unlit for normal text. This DID NOT occur on my Mac box. I had to type normal text then go back and highlight the entry then click on the "B" for bold text. You should be able to click on the "B" and then type in bold. Joel Brown
I believe it is standard across all platforms that when you click, your style changes to the style at that point, so try to have your location set before adding the Bold marker. Michel Gilbert
I agree with Bob. In Windows you can't place your I-beam cursor and select B, I, or U; you have to type something first, select it, then B, I, or U. Regards, Michel

Hi Joel, I think Bob means that when the I-beam cursor is blinking in the Notes and you use the mouse pointer to click Bold, the I-beam cursor disappears so you have to re-click into the Notes, which toggles Bold off. rcdeacon
Michael is correct. Sorry I failed to communicate properly. This DOES NOT occur in OSX which tells me something may not be right. Bob
