R Gustason
My Accordance (2.2.2) for iOS 9.1 is crashing after I reset my phone to factory defaults and reinstalled the app. Now, when I go to Easy Install, select some modules (any of them) and click the left download icon (circle with down pointing arrow) after a few seconds accordance crashes and my home screen is displayed. Any way to fix this or send a crash report?
Helen Brown
Please try the top three buttons in the Settings: Accordance: Application Startup.
R Gustason
Well, in the settings app, under accordance I only saw use cellular, which was on, so I turned it off. I'm trying the downloads again to see and so far it appears to be downloading. It didn't immediately crash anyway. I'll let you know if it completes. Thanks Helen. Helen Brown
These three buttons are in a separate section from the standard Use Cellular Data.
R Gustason
Still didn't see that in the Settings > Accordance section of the Apple Settings App. The download failed again too. Not sure what to do next.
Helen Brown
If you cannot find those settings (they are there), then call Support during office hours or email them to set up am appointment.
R Gustason
Helen, I see the settings you are referring too in the iPad app, but not in the iPhone version.
Helen Brown
I do, but I suggest you remove the app and then reinstall it.
R Gustason
Removed and reinstalled. That seems to have worked, and the options in Settings look like what you described now. Thanks for the tip. I didn't think I'd need to delete and reinstall since I was installing it on a fresh device. None-the-less, it worked, so thanks again!
