Joel Arnold
Someone recently graciously sent a module he had imported as a user text. I'm wanting to get the file in but Accordance doesn't seem to recognize the file. Any ideas on how it needs to be formatted? Here's the file. https://www.dropbox.com/s/d3ec0rpqya751d7/New%20World%20Translation?dl=
Alistair
It appears to be a User Bible, it needs the proper filetype. try .atext But I cannot open it, I get an alert saying it has been moved since it was last opened (?) Joel Brown
User Bibles need to be .acc2 - see if that works.

Alistair
Using .acc2 works. What version is this? I have PDFs of the 1984 and 2013 versions. Edited December 5, 2015 by Alistair

billman
Where can you get the 1984 edition that will work for accordance?
Steve King
You would have to create your own user bible from an electronic copy of the New World Translation. The 1984 version is available as a free download (either ePub or PDF) on the Jehovah's Witnesses website. You would have to convert it to text then amend it so that it could be imported as a user bible. The info for setting up a user bible is in the Accordance help.
