RachelS
I just did a fresh install of Windows 10 and have been having issues using Accordance. I can use it for about 10 minutes, then Accordance either freezes or just crashes. I tried troubleshooting compatibility and windows set it back to Windows 8 settings (so it said), but that didn't solve the issue. Any other suggestions? I have also been having some other issues with Windows 10, apparently related to the graphics driver (windows gives a BSOD after waking up from sleep, and when I google the code it is related to the graphics driver). Perhaps that is also affecting Accordance? I am using Accordance 11.1.1.0, Dell Inspiron, Windows 10.

Orly Margolis
We had a bug that caused Windows 10 users to crash sometimes while using the mouse wheel. That bug should be fix in the upcoming release. We do not currently have any other specific reason for a crash on Windows 10. If you find a pattern for a crash, please let us know. Rachel, did you update all you device drivers?
Scott M
Orly has responded on the crash issue. As to the Win10 BSOD and the graphic driver, have you tried updating your graphics driver? Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Display adapters -> Right click on the adapter's Properties -> Driver Tab -> Update Driver... and see if there is a newer driver available. Secondly, since this is a fresh install, I'd try to make sure you're up-to-date on Windows 10 itself. Settings -> Update & security -> Windows Update and check (and re-check after every update if there are any) to make sure there are no updates remaining. This will force all the queued updates on your schedule, rather than when Windows 10 decides to get around to it. Those are my best suggestions at the moment.
