I've posted about this briefly in another post others have talked about font color too but I thought it deserved its own separate mention.

The Highlighting feature in Accordance is great, especially in connection with marking HITS etc. It allows the user to do some great customization to how the texts and secondary literature is displayed. I propose taking this a step forward with a few improvements:

  1. Add additional ways of annotating the text (e.g. font color [including clear] and size)
  2. Add a way of layout annotating the text (e.g. this word(s) on separate line or indented)
  3. Add check boxes for having different groups of highlights/annotations on or off (so that more than on group of highlights/annotations can be on at one time)
  4. Add to copy and paste options: include highlights/annotations

I think this could be a huge step forward and would instantly solve another request, namely un-pointed Hebrew display: find all the accents and vowels, and annotate them with a different font color - clear.
