Michael's other request got me thinking

I have been using lots of modules but couldnt see the arrow in the top corner he was referring to, but i have requested this before and really wanted to flag it again.

When studying text, i have two windows and in the top of both window, i have a drop down i can select the different translations on the left and either a different translation or a tool on the right.

I would would like the same drop down in the top of the window for tools instead of having to go to library, and then to resources to find the tool i want because i havent opened it recently or the library has cleared or its easier to find as the library is sorted by recently opened rather than what i need.

Ideally i would like to open a second window in tools which can be synched or unsynched just as you can in text view.

And currently i am reading a commentary and want to look at a text, so the texts also need to be available in the drop down.

I supose what i am after is the text concept to be expanded so that i can have two windows which can be synpchronized or unsynchronised and that in each window i have drop downs where i can select from my library, be it text, tool, general etc so no matter what i am doing i can quickly access my library.

As this is already availble in the right window of text view, not sure why it hasnt been rolled out to include tools in the left column as it would reduce the number of 'clicks' considerably.

Thanks

Sorry for the ignorance, but what does the title of this thread (RSI) mean? I found this at acronymslist.com, is it "repetitive strain injury"?

Yes, for all the extra unnecessary clicking going through library etc!

;o)

I typically only use my ipad for all my studying and my fingers are getting a heavy work out and at work we have to do a health And safety analysis on our desk set up
