rcdeacon
Is there a way to COPY or MOVE resources from one home computer to another in Windows 10? Edit: internet is lousy and easy install will NOT complete. Edited January 9, 2016 by Bob Deacon
Abram K-J
Do you mean modules, like texts and tools? I think you can just put them on a thumb drive and move them over, though I'm assuming there's some sort of licensing/validation process still involved. rcdeacon
I would be moving (copying to another computer that I own) Accordance program is already on the computer and account verified but having trouble with easy install due to lousy internet. Thought it would be easier just to copy at least the resources to minimize download time.
Abram K-J
Pretty sure in that case, then, that you can just copy the module files to a thumb drive and move them over--
rcdeacon
I believe you are right but I did not know where on a windows machine to find the folders I need to copy on to a thumb drive.
Michel Gilbert
Hi Bob, Open File Explorer. Make sure View > Hidden items is checked. Click on This PC. For Modules, click Local Disk (C:) > ProgramData > Accordance > Modules > Texts , etc. For Preferences, click Local Disk (C:) > Users > yourname > AppData > Local >Accordance > Accordance Preferences Regards, Michel
