Automatic link doesn't capture chapter

I'm writing some User Notes on Ps 100 and love the automatic capture of links. Links to verses (even long lists where a book or chapter name is not repeated) are working fine, but the automatic feature does not seem to capture scripture links to a whole chapter (e.g., Ps 100). Is this by design, or is something else afoot?

When importing user tools the same thing happens. It does not automatically link references which only refer to a chapter. The other idiosyncrasy with automatic linking is that it does not recognise references to single chapter books. Therefore 3Jo 5 will not link automatically but 3Jo 1:5 will link.

 

It would certainly be good if automatic linking could be updated to include these instances.
