Emanuel Cardona
I know that this dictionary has not been released yet, but I would like to put in a request: Martin Davie, Tim Grass, Stephen R. Holmes, John McDowell and T. A. Noble, editors. New Dictionary of Theology: Historical and Systematic. Second edition. IVP, March 12, 2016. Emanuel Cardona
Sorry for the delay. This classic one-volume reference work has been appreciated for decades. It is now substantially expanded and revised to focus on a variety of theological themes, thinkers and movements. From African Christian Theology to Zionism, this volume of historical and systematic theology offers a wealth of information and insight for students, pastors and all thoughtful Christians. Over half of the more than eight hundred articles are new or rewritten with hundreds more thoroughly revised. Fully one-third larger than its predecessor, this volume focusing on systematic and historical theology has added entries and material on theological writers and themes in North America and around the world. Helpful bibliographies have also been updated throughout. Emanuel Cardona
Is there a possibility that this resource will be available in the near future?
Rick Bennett
Is there a possibility that this resource will be available in the near future? We can basically get whatever we want from IVP. I wasn't aware of it until seeing this post as it was just published. But, we can definitely add it to the "list." Thanks for the feedback.

tarihala
Also would love this resource available in accordance! As I understand it, the single-volume New Dictionary of Theology (NDT) from the 80's seems to have been updated into two volumes; the New Dictionary of Biblical Theology and the New Dictionary of Theology: Historical and Systematic. The former is available on Accordance, but the latter is not. Edited August 21, 2017 by tarihala
