Mac Clones Remembered

This has little to do with Accordance, but it is of nostalgic interest for those of us who were using Macs during the dark days of 1996 and 1997. Dan Knight of Low End Mac has written an excellent article on the ill-fated Mac Clone program. I owned a PowerBase 180 clone which I used for several years. Quite a few Accordance modules were developed on that machine, and I would haul it (and a CRT monitor!) to shows like ETS/SBL to demo Accordance. I remember being frustrated with Jobs for scuttling the clone program, but looking back, it was a decision Apple had to make. Anyway, you long-time Mac users should enjoy the article.
