Levi Posted September 12, 2007 Share Posted September 12, 2007 Hello Helen, I finished doing a clean sweep of my hard drive a little while back and just recently added accordance back onto my computer. The problem is that a few of my modules won't open b/c I do not have their password. The modules are: LXX-1 and LXX-2. That's it (so far). There may be more as I try to access other modules. How do I go about retrieving these? I assume you have all of my information on file? I got my other purchased modules working with the passwords I had in my email accounts. If there is anything I have to do on my end just let me know. Thanks in advance Levi Simpson **EDIT I am also missing the password for my MT/LXX module.
