Accordance won't open (Windows 10)

Hi,

 

I wonder if anyone can help me. I am a new Accordance user, and have managed to install and use it without much trouble on a windows 8 machine. I've had to send the computer for repair, so am using another laptop, which will only run Windows 10 (:-( ). I've had a lot of trouble installing Accordance, but eventually succeeded yesterday. However, I cannot open the program, either in regular mode or administrator- a black box and 'not responding' flashes up for a fraction of a second.

I'm not a Windows user and can't give much advice, but if you can call Accordance Tech Support this morning at 1(407) 339-0266, I know they can help you with your problem. They can even screenshare with you if necessary.

It's always worth trying Safe Mode: opening Accordance while pressing the alt/option key, and choosing the options there.
