sfarson Posted March 29, 2016 Share Posted March 29, 2016 EZ Installed the NIV Study Bible this evening. Strange behavior in the Info Pane. For NT references it does not appear (other study bibles appear just fine) For OT references the NIV Study Bible image appears in the Info Pane, but the image size is twice the size of other commentary/study bible images. Removed the file "NIV Zondervan SB.atool, tried EZ Install again, it installed, same behavior as above. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The NIV Study Bible (NSB) image doesn't appear in the info pane for any of them, thus no references/commentary. All other resources in the info pane, incl. other study bibles, no prob. I tried "Add Parallel" and the NSB works fine, showing NT commentary. NSB OT references work fine in the Info Pane, but yes, the image is twice the size. FWIW, iMac. No problems with the PC, but the same behavior on the MacBook as with the iMac... only appears in the Info Pane with OT verses (But the icon is now the correct size). So... no problems with the PC. On the two Macs, NBS shows verse commentary in the Info Pane only with OT verses. If I'm the only problem, then there must be some kind of distinct combination I have here on the Macs. I purchased the 2015 now my 2011 NIV Zondervan Study Bible is gone Support trying to help but so far nothing to report I sent then pictures to identify the different bibles esp the 2011 NIV ZSB chart of the Jesus Greater Than chart which moves nicely to powerpoint missing in the Carson version any help would be appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Bill Starkey Posted April 1, 2016 Share Posted April 1, 2016 what I regret loosing the most is my mind Accordance never had the 2011 NIV Study Bible from Zondervan when I bought mine there was a card with a digital code in the back of the Bible so you could study it online well I lost the code and the card. This had nothing to do with Accordance Ryan has been very kind and considerate and patient with me all day. It was all my fault.
