Tony Lawrence
I would like to suggest that there be created at the beginning of each book a space for chapter:verse 1:0. The value of this is in my User Notes I frequently want to have introductory material for a book that I will be teaching. At present I have to put these in the first verse 1:1. Of course this makes the comments on the first verse exceptionally long. Having a space a the beginning of each book to record those notes would be extremely helpful.

rcdeacon
I made a recommendation to this a long time ago. Great idea! Hopefully it will come to pass.

Λύχνις Δαν
I have often wondered if Notes and Tools could not be combined. Simply adding a 0 verse may conflict with existing use cases. I think there are some 0 verses in things like the headings in the LXX Psalms but I would have to check to be sure. A more general solution would be to permit Tools and Notes to be unified so that a mix of verse by verse content and free flowing content could appear. There would be some serious implications for this though. But I still think about it from time to time .... Thx D
