Define ranges as composed of other defined ranges

Hi ya,

 

  I cannot figure out how to do the above and cannot see it documented. If there is a way to do this please let me know. If there isn't I would love to see this feature added.

Pretty sure this can’t be done. But it would be a neat feature :-)
