Accordance website timeout on purchase

This will probably go away, but just in case: I attempted to purchase the pillar upgrade and got a timeout error three times in a row.

 

The fourth time I tried, it said I had already made a similar purchase within the last couple of minutes so this purchase would not be processed and I should receive an e-mail confirming the previous purchase (or some such text like this).

 

I haven't received an e-mail, though, and the products aren't available for easy install yet.

Chuck: we received 2 orders as pending, I am sure that one will be processed this morning and the other deleted. You were not sent receipt emails. Sorry for the hassles, but orders since then seem to be working. We'll check for bugs.

Thanks Helen! I'm just excited about the update and hoped to have it by the time I get home after work. :)
