Going Deeper with New Testament Greek: An Intermediate Study of the Grammar and Syntax of the New Testament by Kostengberger, Merkle, and Plummer (ISBN-13: 978-1433679087). (Boy my decision, and I have no inside knowledge on its availability to us or where we are in the procurement process if indeed we are). Not to mention I just got Intermediate Greek Grammar: Syntax for Students of the New Testament by Mathewson in the mail today and that seems to be a nice follow-up to Decker's Reading Koine Greek.
