BHS-T Qere?

I purchased the BHS-T upgrade to the HMT-W4, but it seems to be missing the Qere. Is there a setting to display it? If not, then how can this be fixed?

Its there. I was looking at a case today as it turns out Ezek 14:20.

No worries, hopefully someone else will know why it is as it is (and how best to use these various texts. I really would prefer not to have to keep both texts open at once.)

This is the text we received from GBS. It seems to treat the traditional ktiv/qere in various ways. Sometimes it just uses one and sometimes the other, with or without a note in the Apparatus. In Ex 4;2 it uses ktiv but footnotes the qere from the Samaritan. In Ex 16:2 it uses the qere but footnotes the ktiv. The most important lesson is to check the apparatus, either by displaying it in parallel or by hovering over the sigla superscript in the text so as to see it in Instant Details.

But as you said, sometimes there is no apparatus note at all. At other times there is a note, such as in Josh 15:47, when it uses the qere. But it doesn't give the ketiv, which means the apparatus footnote is contextless and useless! What right then does Accordance's BHS-T have to be called the BHS??? The product description page says "The complete text of the Hebrew Bible, following the Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia". When I buy something like that I expect to be buying what it says.

Again, this is what we received from the German Bible Society.

 

The tagging on the HMT-W4 is more up to date (has more corrections) so I recommend using that for most work, and the BHS-T when you need the apparatus.
