JohnABarnett
I took advantage of the recent 25% off sale to upgrade my Hebrew Bible (HMT-W4) to include the apparatus. I installed it and opened it, but all I see is the Hebrew text. How do I view the Apparatus? I'm probably missing something obvious...
Jordan S
John, You can open the apparatus using the "Add Parallel" button. Or, you can open the apparatus in its own zone through the library. It works the same as a commentary.
JohnABarnett
Thanks, Jordan. I have HMT-W4 open. I choose "Add Parallel"... and add what library item? I don't see any option other than HMT-W4-T or BHS-T? If I add parallel BHS-T, all I see is Hebrew text in parallel. Again, I must be missing something obvious. Sorry to be a pain. I'm still an Accordance newbie.
Jordan S
Assuming you purchased the apparatus and installed it, you should be able to search the library for the module called "BHS Apparatus". (There is a magnifying glass next to the library search bar. Make sure it is set to "Any Category.") When using "Add Parallel," the apparatus should be listed in your Reference Tools. The apparatus is also available in the "Info Pane."
JohnABarnett
Ah, thanks. The obvious things I was missing were: (1) the resource was under a special section called Apparatus, (2) when adding as Parallel, I had to first find the menu item Reference Tools. Having done that, I am in business. Again, thanks Jordan.
