Please help!

I recently upgraded my MacBookPro with a SSD as my maindrive. Most of my software seems to have survived the transition but Accordance seems to have been a casualty. I seems to be missing several 'Texts' and can't find them in searches on the 'hard drive'. The list of survivors includes KJV, NKJV but I have lost several others including the ASV which is my main tool for Old Testament study. NET is missing too. I suspect several others are.

Is the best thing a new Accordance reinstall? I am using Accordance 9.6.8 so I am unsure how to begin this process.

thank you. in anticipation for your advice.

yours

Ron Bailey

If you upgrade to Accordance 11 you will benefit from many many new features including the fact that Accordance will automatically show you in Easy Install any files that are in your Library but Accordance cannot find on your hard drive. Your other option is to remove the names from the Library panel and then reinstall them. It's such a shame to stay in the dark ages.

Uninstall and reinstall will not help unless you find and remove all the Accordance Preference files.

Some files like KJV won't install if have the KJVS that supersedes it.

I agree with Helen, it's only $59 or something plus you get new modules!

Sorry for the delay. thank you for your help.

So, i think I will need to try to see if I can locate at least my user notes files. Or will an upgrade to 11 simply work to plug all the gaps?

and how would I manage the upgrade? from with my Accordance 9.x.x version? or separately.

thanks again.

The major upgrade to Accordance 11 is downloaded from the website after purchase. It will replace your Accordance 9 and should clean up all the files. Tech support can help you if necessary.

Thank you for just brilliant support. I had Billy to talk me through the whole process and my Accordance is up and running. His patience and thoroughness were very reassuring and I am very impressed with Accordance and its support team.

many thanks
