billscoot
I just watched the podcast on the Construct Search feature and I'm excited to dig in. But I'm having some trouble. The podcast mentioned when you select which construct you wish to use (I'm currently interested in the Greek at the moment), it would link to the tab you had open. I followed the directions to open a construct tab but it won't link to a tab. And, thus, when I try to set up a construct and search it says I'm not linked to a text. All that to say, how can I fix this? Thanks in advance!
Mark Allison
Make sure your cursor is in the Search Entry box when you select File -> New Construct -> Greek.
Helen Brown
You can also right-click in the Construct tab and choose what it links from.
Λύχνις Δαν
Using shift-cmd-L in the text tab will pop up a list of tabs to choose from for the link. This is what I usually do when messing around with different constructs to switch but I didn't know you could right click in the construct pane - cool. It might be nice if shift-cmd-L work in both types of pane, so there is one consistent way to link them together (I note that right-click on the text tab doesn't offer a Link From menu). Thx D
