Highlight Failure

I find myself having to click on the color band more than once to get a highlight to effect after having cursor-drag-marked some words, then having clicked on the highlight color band desired.  I find that after I think I have effected a highlight, it is not highlit.  This is a rather new problem, probably only having come to light (or non-light) after the last upgrade of Accordance.
