Steve King
If I add a folder to the library it adds a folder 'untitled' as you would expect. If I then type a new folder name Accordance hangs for a long time then crashes. If I move a resource in the library then as soon as I try to type in the search box then the same thing happens, Accordance hangs then eventually crashes. I can make a number of changes to the library and I can then open a resource from the library but as soon as I start typing in any field the crash happens. Here is the crash log from the first of these Accordance Crash Log Program Version: 11.2.2 OS Version: 10.11.5 Message: Access violation Call trace: $A2E83970 $91346A33 $91135108 $9134B5E0 $9132D3A6 $9133DC81 $911757D5 $913437A1 $9117401C $9117492D $9117492D $91173588 $91343158 $9117310E $917B7CB9 $917B79D2 $917A1FC3 Running on a macbook pro mid 2010. Helen Brown
I would try removing the Library Cache from Accordance Preferences, so it generates a new file.
Steve King
Thanks Helen. That has solved the problem.
Steve King
I am still having an issue with this although it is now Accordance 11.2.4 If I move a resource in the library and then type something in the search box Accordance crashes or just hangs until I force quit. So then I restart Accordance with the safe mode and remove the library cache as Helen suggested. This seems to solve the problem in that I am then able to move a resource in the library and then search for something. However if I then close and reopen Accordance and move a resource in the library it crashes/hangs when I try to type something again so the problem has not been resolved. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
