Robert B Johnson
I am sorry if this is discussed already, but I couldn't readily find the answer. Is there anyway I can merge the two files and just have one that is synced between my Windows workstation, MBP and iPhone? Thanks!
R Gustason
You can click on the user note icon in the Windows version then click merge from the dropdown selection. Then select the two to merge into the one. Or File ... User Files ... Merge User Notes
Helen Brown
No, Highlight files cannot be merged, but they can be synced between the devices.

Chris Regas
How do you sync highlights between laptop, desktop and iOS?
Bret Hicks
To sync highlight files (or other types as well) you use Dropbox. This is set up in the "syncing" tab of the preferences dialog. You link Accordance to your dropbox account. If you select to perform the sync automatically, it will automatically do it every time you open or close Accordance on your laptop/desktop. You can also choose to perform a sync manually via the Accordance menu from your laptop/desktop. In iOS, you manually sync from the Library (or recently opened) screen. (There is a sync symbol at the bottom of the screen.) In Christ, Bret
