No bible text on startup

I finally figured out how to fix it. I deleted the defaults.acc1 file in appdata and re-started Accordance. It now at least starts with the text.

I posted this in the general forum by mistake so you'll see it there too.

I have an issue with one of my computers, a Dell XPS 13.

Today I started Accordance and the activation dialog box loaded. I clicked on Activate and it was successfully activated. It then asked if I wanted to link to Dropbox, which I did.

Now, when it opens there is a blank screen with no text although the title bar above the text area says "ESV with Stron...". I have Default Search set as a start option and ESV with Strongs as default text.

I changed to start with Devotion and it started with the devotion and text. I then changed back to start with Default search but no text when starting after exiting.

I am not having this problem with my desktop.

Both have Windows 10 with Anniversary Update (1607) and both are 11.2.3.0.

Also, when exiting Accordance on the Dell I get a pop up that asks "Do you want to save the contents of all independent windows?", even though I don't make any changes.

Any ideas how to fix?
