I have tried to Easy Install: Strater Collection (Accordance 11) (Collection11-Starter) Purchased on: October 31, 2014 12:01:42 pm Installation Status: Incomplete Remaining Download Size: 11.2 MB Missing Items: 11-Acc, Starter11 Group, ESVS And it says: There was an error attempting to download the file. Daniel Francis Posted August 15, 2016 Share Posted August 15, 2016 (edited) I am not sure if I am going to be helpful here but if you hold down the option key when you start accordance you can get the safe mode screen. Clicking the clean out caches (LIBRARY & DOWNLOADS) might solve the problem.
