Ιακοβ Posted September 1, 2016 Share Posted September 1, 2016 How long should the "Syncing with Dropbox" shadow box stay on the screen, Its been up there for at least 10 minutes already. Should I wait longer, or has it crashed? I don't think I have _that many_ user notes and highlights. Mike Garrity Posted September 2, 2016 Share Posted September 2, 2016 Yes, 10 minutes is typically too long to wait for a Dropbox sync of 2.4Mb. If you are syncing OK with your other computers/devices then something might have happened to one of your local files OR sync history has become “confused”. You can use Reset User Content to download a fresh copy of all user content from the Dropbox server (you will lose your local edits) Mike 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
