Hello,

I have a problem using the general research tool: whenever I want to use it to research a word in English (Unicode), Accordance performs the research but then quits before displaying the result of the research.

I am using accordance 11.2.3 on a MacBookPro running OS X 10.11.6.

It would be great if you could help...

Thanks

Vincent

Hold down the "Option" key when starting Accordance. Click on the option for "Clear Research Cache".

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the tip... it sort of helps, but not a lot. After cleaning the research cache, I can perform a research once and Accordance crashes on the second research I am trying to do. If I want to do research two different words, I have to quit Accordance and start again! This does not look normal to me...

Also, after cleaning the research cache, I got this error message:

******

The Following resources were not searched, as they were currently missing:
Epostles, Harmony, Old Testament, OT in NT, Gospels, Q (Sayings), Synoptics

Please use the Library to either help Accordance find their files again, or remove them from the program.

******

Any idea why clearing a research cache would remove some tools?

Thanks for your help!
Vincent
