Understanding page markers??

Sometimes the page number doesnt flick even after you go past a paragraph containing a paragraph marker. Can someone clear up for me once and for all how to understand this:

...this is [Heb., p. 703] a simple example [Heb., p. 704] with a sentence...

Is the prhase "a simple example" page 703, or page 704? (ie does the marker signifiy the bottom of a page, or the top of a page?

Thanks!

If you do a copy as citation you will find that the page number represents the top of the page, that is anything after that page number is on that page (until the next page number of course!).

Yes, page number markers are placed as if they occur at the top of a page so that as you scroll down the page will advance. The page number UI in Accordance will advance as you scroll into the paragraph containing the page marker. If there are more than one in a paragraph, I'm not sure at the moment what will display. But it will cite properly depending on the location of the selection.
