Instant details pop-up error

Hi all,

 

When on two monitors (not mirrored) that are of different sizes, the pop-ups for instant details and highlights are off kilter. If I try to pull up either the instant details or highlight boxes on the external monitor, they show up on the opposite screen (the MacBook screen).

 

This problem existed on my old Mac (2011 MB Pro), continues on my new mac (2013 MB Pro retina), occurred in previous several Accordance "dot" versions, and still exists in 11.2.4 (running MacOS Sierra).
