Brett K.
1. Is there any way to export a list of all of the titles in your library? 2. When Accordance first implemented the new library organization, I used the Preferences > Appearance > Organize All Tools By Category. Since then I have moved some things around. Is there any way to find out which category is default for a module without using the Organize All function again? I'd like to know where Accordance thinks it should go and see if that makes sense for my workflow. Thank you
Joel Brown
If you right-click an empty part of the library and select Export All Data, it will export an .ris formatted file with all of your titles. You could import this elsewhere or use some minor text scripting to clean it up as desired. The defaults are not easily accessible, but as part of the Accordance 12 Sneak Preview, once you search for a category under the upcoming 'Tag' option, you'll find all modules that would normally be sorted within that category.
Brett K.
Export All Data did not seem to export everything. For example, none of my texts are in the file. It exported what looked like were a lot of duplicates.Any ideas? Thanks The defaults are not easily accessible, but as part of the Accordance 12 Sneak Preview, once you search for a category under the upcoming 'Tag' option, you'll find all modules that would normally be sorted within that category. Is there a list of tags somewhere so I will know the possibilities? Thanks
Brett K.
Is there a file I can backup, try the library reorganization, then restore the file if I don't like it? Is the library organization stored in the prefs folder? Thanks
