Custom Upgrades Wonky on Site

I assume this is a known issue, but maybe not: a couple different times (intermittently) on a couple of different collections the last week, the site did not take into account modules I own (and have registered) when considering an upgrade price and showing what would be new to me. I was signed in correctly, etc.

The system isn't perfect but you can always ask our customer service staff to check your order and adjust it for any owned items. Please also bear in mind that if purchasd in the last 90 days you will be charged for it again in the package, but the staff will be prompted to credit what you paid for it against the new order.

Right... that's not the case with one of the Custom Upgrades that has the issue (this, FWIW). I understand the system is not perfect but suggest it as a possible bug since I don't think I've had price fluctuations on the same product at any point in the last two years. It's less the price change and more the lack of system recognition of what I owned (when signed in) that surprised me as something I didn't recall encountering.
