Chuck Schneider
I figured at first that it might be an iOS Easy Install problem, but when it didn't install on the Mac, it occurred to me there might be something else wrong.
Guest
You need Accordance 12 to install this resource. Are you on the release version of 12?
Chuck Schneider
Hi Robb, On the Mac, I'm using Accordance 12, but on iOS, I'm using the newest release.
Mark Allison
I'm sorry, but the Genealogy module doesn't work in iOS.
Chuck Schneider
For some reason it now installed on my Mac. Sorry for the distraction!
Chuck Schneider
Actually, I can't seem to find it on my Mac. I assumed that, since it no longer showed it as missing in Easy Install, that somehow it worked. Now that I've had the time to look for it, I can't find it in my library. Helen Brown
You might find it in the Commentaries section of your Tools.
Solly
I did't think of the Genealogy module as a commentary, but it pleasantly behaves much as a commentary since it includes much more than just the family trees and also links to the open text in the manner of a commentary. Well played, Accordance—this module greatly exceeded expectations! Shalom, Joseph
Chuck Schneider
When I ordered the Graphics Master, I was intrigued by the Genealogy module. When I tried to install it, it didn't install on iOS (which I now understand), but it also didn't install on my Mac. It's not in the Library and it's not available from Easy Install any more. Somewhere in the middle of this, I apparently got it to install on my macbook pro, so I at least got to see what it looks like. Now, when I went back to the Graphics Master, I no longer see it as part of the package. Was there some kind of change to the package between when I bought it (in the afternoon) and when I downloaded it (later that evening)?
Fabian
Hallo Chuck Schau hier https://www.accordancebible.com/forums/topic/19980-genealogy-module/?p=97017 Grüsse Fabian
Helen Brown
Chuck: Yes, sorry! I commented elsewhere on the forums that we decided to keep it in the English Track but forgot to remove it from Graphics until shortly after the release. The prices of the Graphics levels do NOT include the Genealogies and never did, it was just appearing on the list of contents.
