aharon0414 Posted December 7, 2016 Share Posted December 7, 2016 I have a similar issue...I was teaching using accordance 12, and had a passage that was highlighted. I tried to search for something, and Accordance crashed. Upon relaunch, I received an error that states, I/O error#0 in the file “My Highlights.hlt” I also received another error, but I don't know what it was. I suspect it had to do with my notes file. Currently, the User Notes file in my Documents folder is empty. I tried to restore from a TimeMachine backup from earlier today, but was unable to do so.
