Accordance XII crashes when updating User Note

Yesterday was the first time I used the User Notes much in Accordance 12, and I could not use it much then because it kept crashing. It did not seem to matter whether I hit Add or Update. When this happened, it "rescued" the file but the verse links in the notes disappeared. Considering how important this feature is, I was wondering if others are having this problem or if my use case has some specific glitch.
