Hi, i notice i have a new update for this but its got revised in the title but the volume count is the same. Is this anything to do with the withdrawal of vol 44 or is it just other text corrections? Thanks

(I didnt want to update and loose the withdrawn volume.)

That specific update isn't directly related to the removal of Vol. 44. That is just a typical update of minor corrections for the WBC-NT-26 product. We wanted to process all the Correction Reports we have received to date for WBC as we were processing the restructured new products. The new 1.5 version of WBC-NT-26 still contains the Colossians/Philemon volume so you can safely process that update.

The change we did make to that product, though, was to ADD the separate individual volume of Colossians/Philemon (Vol. 44). You should notice that in your Easy Install.

Users who own the 26-volume product are encouraged to upgrade to the new WBC-NT-25 product (free upgrade from WBC-NT-26). Future updates will be made to the latest 25-volume product, but probably not the 26-volume product. So if you download the separate individual volume of Colossians/Philemon (now included with WBC-NT-26) and upgrade to WBC-NT-25, you can remove WBC-NT-26 from your Library and you will retain the WBC-Col & Phm volume separately AND you will still receive the latest updates to the modules as they are released (in WBC-NT-25).

We understand this is confusing so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Many thanks for a swift and comprehensive answer (though only saw 2 ot vol in the update as well, judges and psalms but will keep my eye out for the other one. )

I appreciate that it is also a nightmare for you to manage all the different options.

;o)

All the WBC updates have been processed so if you don't see an update than that means we didn't receive any Correction Reports for those particular modules.

Pardon me if I have failed to do something properly. But I did upgrade the 25 volumes above but did not see a way to install a separate WBC Col & Phm. Did I miss something in the process?

The separate WBC Col & Phm volume should show up as "missing" from your WBC-NT-26 product in Easy Install. It is not included with the 25-volume product.

I tried to delete the 26 volume one after no success as you can see with the Easy Install as depicted above.... I expected the 26 volume to reappear under easy install but it doesn't. I apologize if I am being very thick but not sure what to do...

Sorry, Dan. This is my fault, not yours. I'm making a few changes from my end. Give it another shot.

Holding down the option key before selecting the easy install gave me the option to install... the single volume.

I have a baffling range of WBC titles:

Can anyone clarify?

P.S. Any idea if/when Acts & 1Cor will be available?

This article may help (there is a Set History chart at the bottom of the page).

But real generally, the first two products listed in your screen shot are superseded by the second two products; WBC Joshua has been superseded by WBC-Joshua-2 (Joshua was revised and now incorporates 2 volumes); WBC Psalms has been superseded by WBC-Psalms-3 (Vol. 19 was replaced by Revised Vol. 19); WBC 2 Corinthians has been superseded by Revised WBC 2 Corinthians.

Unless you wish to retain the original versions in addition to the revised versions, you can remove the top two modules and each of the individual volumes (except Col/Philemon) from your Library. The latest versions of each volume are contained in the 26- and 36-volume sets.

Acts has to be getting close to ready for publication.... I know the author is an Accordance user but don't think he is a forums user...
