I know, but then you have a good foundation to go on with the other planned improvements. In my opinion this is more than worth. Especially with the whole world in mind to sell and use Accordance.
Since years there are always some bugs and issues caused of the mix with MacOS Roman and unicode. In my opinion this would then also make the programming easier. For me the earlier to jump on full unicode the better.
But if you want Accordance be an only/mostly English tool then I understand you don't want to go with the step to full unicode.
A word to the other planned improvements: I'm totally pro for this. I have more requests written that I think I will to see in Accordance 14 and 15. Even I want it now.

ATTENTION: My bug reports are all with the GERMAN INTERFACE and with the EUROPEAN NOTATION! It can be the English interface has no bugs, I describe.
Bring more international Bibles to the store,
fix my reported bugs, even the old ones which never was addressed,
develop my feature requests, the new once and the once I made years ago,
in nearer future.
