markchenhalls
The "standard" Greek and Hebrew keyboards accessible within iOS do not have all of the breathing marks, accents for Greek, nor the full vowel point combinations (nikud) needed for Hebrew There is a free Greek keyboard that has all the potential accents / breathing mark combinations https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/agk-ancient-greek-keyboard/id1018791342?mt=8 Once installed - the "Ancient (Polytonic) Greek - AGK" keyboard will appear in the list of available keyboards under Settings / General / keyboards / add new keyboard Davka.com has an inexpensive Hebrew keyboard with all the nikud markings https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/davka-nikud/id917653147?mt=8 Once installed the "Hebrew Nikud Keyboard - Davka Nikud" keyboard will appear in the list of available keyboards under Settings / General / keyboards / add new keyboard
Julia Falling
Thanks, Mark. Has anyone ever told you that you bear a marked resemblance to Moses? (That was a great movie. Need to watch it again.)
Michel Gilbert
Hi,See also https://www.accordancebible.com/forums/topic/18576-hebrew-pointing-in-acc-on-ipad/?hl=%2Bcustom+%2Bkeyboardespecially if you prefer a custom or mneumonic/phonetic keyboard over the Israeli one (I don't have the Davka app, so I don't know if they offer a phonetic keyboard option, or if they provide all the accents).Regards,Michel
