Λύχνις Δαν
Hi ya Acc 12.0.1 Mac 10.11.6 I'm playing with finding nominative absolutes, according to the definition of Wallace, where he specifies that they occur in titles, addresses and salutations. In such cases they occur in verbless clauses. So my search looks like this : Now this search returns quite a number of hits where the clause containing the D phrase also contains a predicate phrase. One such example is Matt 24:13. The question is why is this so given that there is a NOT on the predicate phrase in the search. If I remove the NOT then the predicate phrase is also highlighted so I know it can see it. All marking it with a NOT does is stop it being highlighted.
