Chuck Schneider
I was using the app on my iPhone yesterday and accidentally rotated my iPhone from portrait to landscape (while making a point) and then, when I rotated back to portrait, the text remained formatted as landscape. I tried to jiggle it back by rotating once again to landscape and then back to portrait, but the only way to get the formatting back was to turn off Accordance and start it again. Chris Rockwell
Hey Chuck, I believe I recently fixed a bug similar to this. Do you have the most current version of Accordance? Also has this issue occurred more than once? Thanks, Chris
Chuck Schneider
Hi Chris! I have version 2.4.3, build 2.4.2.8236 October 2016. This is the first time I've noticed the problem, but I am able to recreate the problem with my user tool. I haven't tried it yet with other tools. I'll let you know if I need anymore info. Chris
rcdeacon
I have experienced the same thing. Did not report however. Wasn't sure whose problem it was (Apple or Accordance). Bob

Bob Hey Bob, Is this happening with User Tools for you as well or is it any Tool? Also is it easily reproducible or does it happen every once in a while? Thanks, Chris

Chuck, I need a little clarity. What did you mean by 'while making a point'? Chris
rcdeacon
Chris, I'm afraid I don't know that answer. This happened a number of times but it was not due to my determination to reproduce the error. I simply shut down Accordance turned it back on and all was well. I had the NAS95 in the top pane and the MacArthur NT Commentary on the bottom pane. Beyond that I'm afraid I can't help much. Sorry. Bob
Chuck Schneider
Hi Chris, what I meant was, while waving my hand with the iphone in it. I was holding it portrait and talking, and then, as part of my expression, I waved my hand (with the iPhone in it) which put it into landscape mode. Then, when I began reading in portrait mode, I noticed that about half of the text was off the screen. By the way, the newest version that came out today seems to have resolved the problem. I can't seem to cause this problem any more.
Chris Rockwell
Chuck and Bod, I just looked at what was fixed for 2.4.4 (the latest release) and this is one of the issues that was corrected. So you're right Chuck, the latest release should resolve this. Thanks, Chris Edited December 13, 2016 by Chris Rockwell
