Steve Lewis Posted December 20, 2016 Share Posted December 20, 2016 I just purchased a new IPhone 7 yesterday and after reinstalling the latest Accordance !OS on my new IPhone began syncing with Accordance 12.0.2 on my computer to download all of my modules onto this phone. But at some point the process crashes Accordance 12.0.2 without installing any of my files. This has happened twice. Any ideas what is causing it and how to correct it? Mike Garrity Posted December 20, 2016 Share Posted December 20, 2016 (edited) Hi Steve, Did you notice if Accordance is crashing at the point each time (same module section, etc.)? You might try clearing the download cache and syncing smaller groups of modules (instead of all modules at once). There might be a problem module on the computer that Accorance is having trouble sending to the iPhone. Doing smaller groups might help us identify the problem.
