Hi, great to see this and many other brueggeman titles added.

In my 2005 print edition, there is a cd with supplementary material. Do you know if this text is included (or was it just the etext in a certain format? Never managed to get it to work and it mentions ldls a certain competitor).

Thanks

I'm not sure what is included in that supplementary CD. The current print edition does not seem to include it, nor was anything else provided by the publisher.

Thanks for the feedback.

Hi rick,

According to the preface: the text is the same as the 1997 publication.

according to the back cover, the cd includes a study guide prepared by (his prized student) Rebecca j kruger gaudino with chapter summaries, questions, and weblinks to further helpful material; and the text of brueggemann's interprative program, 'Texts under Negotiation'.

Also includes entire searchable textand hover links to the biblical texts. ;o)

Hi Rick 2

All you have included plus:

Index of scriptural references, 751

Index of names 771

However, preface to the cd rom edition (1995) and it opens:

I am delighted that fortress press will offer this paperback edition of my book with cd rom. The new edition remains unchanged, but with an important supplement....

Ends

And i am grateful for my prize student, rebecca guadino, for her careful work on the cd supplement to this volume.....

We've added the Study Guide to Brueggemann’s Theology of the Old Testament, and an option to search the bibliography. An update will be released shortly.
