Rick Bennett
Hi, great to see this and many other brueggeman titles added. In my 2005 print edition, there is a cd with supplementary material. Do you know if this text is included (or was it just the etext in a certain format? Never managed to get it to work and it mentions ldls a certain competitor). Thanks I'm not sure what is included in that supplementary CD. The current print edition does not seem to include it, nor was anything else provided by the publisher. Thanks for the feedback.
