I was trying to help a friend with a user tool. I noticed that my Accordance folder within Dropbox had some old versions of my user tools. In Accordance 12.0.2 I did a synch with Dropbox and the program crashed. Now I cannot restart Accordance. The icon bounce four times and stops without opening. I am on a MacBook Air mid 2013. Any help would be appreciated Here is the crash log:

Attempting the safe mode start and deleting the last session and the Dropbox synch produces another crash

Tried again, deleting caches, temporary user options (including last session), auto Dropbox, auto update, and Accordance opened. Thanks Fabian. Will explore to see if any other damage. But I will leave Dropbox alone for the moment.

Spoke too soon. Accordance opens last saved session but all is frozen. No menus open. No instant details hovering over tagged text. Clicking on a tab does not make it active. I cannot even quit except for a force quit. I appear to be dead in the water.

Well starting in safe mode, selecting all options except the settings, and not attempting to load the last session allowed me to use the menu and to search. I opened a workspace and successfully search. I quit and Accordance would not open in regular mode. In safe mode it crashed when no options selected. Here is the crash log:

Mega kudos to Billy in support. He did a screen share after the usual close of business hours and got me up and going. Accordance support is the best, bar none.

The LORD bless you and keep you, Billy!
