rcaldw Posted January 26, 2017 Share Posted January 26, 2017 (edited) Had a pop up window just now, showing the update, window closed before I could hit "install", now Accordance won't open. robrecht Posted January 28, 2017 Share Posted January 28, 2017 Similar thing happened to me thus morning after I installed the update. Accordance would not openough up fully. Just got stuck on the version number screen. Because of this and other problems since upgrading to Version 12, I decided to uninstall Accordance, but could not download the new version from the website. It said I didn't own anything. I'm currently waiting on system restore to go back to revert back to the earlier version of Accordance. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Helen Brown Posted January 28, 2017 Share Posted January 28, 2017 Fresh copies of Accordance can be downloaded from Support: Downloads: Accordance Installers, not the My Products page. However, it probably won't help, but opening Accordance in Safe mode (by pressing option or alt as you open the program) gives you several trouble-shooting options.
