Diagramming 3 John 11b

As I continue my quest to improve my diagramming, I have the following question today. I am not sure if this question is a result of a misunderstanding of greek grammar, or the fact that sometimes there is multiple ways to diagram things. Here is how 3 John 11 is diagrammed in accordance:

 

 

My initial inclination was to diagram it like the first option, or, perhaps the second option:

PS: Is there a way to make attached images bigger so people don't have to click on them to be able to see them?
