Stop search Results in a new Tab

Hello

 

If I do a search which I write the word in the search entry box, then the results are showing in the same tab. With or without the Recycler is active.

 

 

But if I do a search on selecting a word and press cmd+4 or right click search lemma etc. then it opens always a new tab. Even if the Recycler is blue.

 

How do I stop this behavior? From case to case but also in general, or in general always do.

 

 

And second: For me the Recycler doesn't work properly. 

 

 

In my case I have a workspace which is full on the MacAir. with Syntax, Diagram etc. and it is absolut annoying if I do a lemma search an always the new Tab is over the Workspace. I want the search results in the search text and see what the other tools have to say.

I believe an amplify search will always try to go do a different tab, to not interrupt what you were working on.  My recommendation, duplicate your search tab and give it recycle, so it can be the destination for all recycled searches, but still have all of your tools open.
