In other words I'd like to have it open and look and behave as if I've never done a single thing to Accordance. What's the best way to do this? Helen Brown Posted January 31, 2017 Share Posted January 31, 2017 You need to remove the main Accordance Preferences folder (not the backup in the Accordance folder). You will find it on the Mac in user/Library/Preferences. On Windows it would be in C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Accordance\. On both systems some of the folders are invisible by default.
