A good reference to consider adding is Roderic Mullen's The Expansion of Christianity: A Gazetteer of Its First Three Centuries. It is a work which gives information about known Christian sites before 325. I believe I discovered it from a recommendation by Larry Hurtado (but I can't remember the specific source; I believe it was a blog post). The publisher is Brill.
