Problema with Accordance on iPad & iPod

Accordance works fine on my MacBook Pro. However, I cannot get it to open at all on my iPad (never have been able to), When I click on the App, it shows the front page and then closes. On my iPhone, it opens, but does not have everything that it has on my Laptop. I am not technical and would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.

Your not the  only one. The more I see such comments, the more I think Accordance should remove the saved session etc. by installing a newer version.

 

Kathryn, close the App, remove it from the last opened (double click on the home button and sliding the window to the top. Then go to preferences from the iOS, scroll down, choose Accordane and remove "Remove saved Session" "Clear Downlaod Cache" "Reset Interlinar Settings" and then try to start Accordance again.

Fabian...Thank you for responding. 

 

On my iPhone, this worked. I am now seeing all of my Texts, etc. However, I am not seeing my User Notes that are on Accordance on my Laptop. Do these not sync?

 

On my iPad, this did not work .I still cannot get Accordance to open at all on my iPad. When I click on the App, it shows the front page and then closes.

 

I would appreciate any further help you could give me. Thank you.

iPhone: I think it's the best you see here the Help Files, there is a Podcast video from Dr. J. to see how it works. http://accordancefil...g.htm#kanchor12this is also available over the Help from Accordance on iPhone.

 

iPad: (iPhone) Have you checked if you are on the lastest release? On the Settings of iOS, iTunes & App Store you can check to Updates, so the Updates are installed automatically . 

If you have Notes, Highlights etc. which you have only on the iPad then try to reset all others too and uncheck "Remember My Place" "Sync Bookmarks" and try again. After it works you can active the Place and Bookmarks again. This has helped me always.

 

If you have contents which you have only on the iPad and you want to save them. I would give Accordance Support a call or email. If you don't have such contents a new install and sync with the Mac. Can be the easiest way.

Maybe a new install from a backup from the iPad would also help.
