Paul Daunno
I have this module that will not install. It's a module I've had for a while, it appeared stuck when trying to install an update so I removed it completely from my library, emptied the trash, rebooted and started Accordance again. Now it's stuck with installing it as a "new" module. Any help is appreciated.
Fabian
No problem by me. Just deleted mine and installed new. And I don't see no minimum system required on the product page. Greetings Fabian
Paul Daunno
Bump I'm still having this problem. Not sure if there's any significance but I am NOT having this problem with my iOS devices just my Mac.

Fabian
Just tested again and I have no problems. I'm not aware of a bug in 11 with this module, but there is a update to 11.2.5. Try this. Have you tried to delete and install new another recourse? If this don't work a mail (phone, chat) to the support would be good. Helen Brown
This may be an issue that requires a screenshare by tech support to check for permissions, a bad file blocking the installation, etc.
Paul Daunno
This may be an issue that requires a screenshare by tech support to check for permissions, a bad file blocking the installation, etc. Thank you Helen. I was able to solve the problem on my own. I moved the old file from /library/... to my desktop then did easy install again and it worked. There must have been something quirky about the old file. Oh well, problem solved!
